1. What services do you offer?
Lucid Edge Media specializes in video editing, photography, videography, and photo editing. Whether you need a bold new brand shoot, a cinematic music video, or a high-impact edit that makes your content pop, we’ve got you covered.
2. Where are you based, and do you travel?
We’re based in Las Vegas, NV—but yes, we travel. If your project is outside Vegas, reach out with the details and we’ll figure it out. Travel fees may apply depending on distance and scope.
3. How do I book a shoot or project?
Use the Contact page to reach out. Let us know what you’re looking for—type of project, timeline, and goals—and we’ll get back to you with next steps, availability, and a quote.
4. What’s your turnaround time?
Turnaround varies by project. Standard editing projects are typically delivered within 5–7 business days. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee. For shoots, delivery time depends on the amount of content and scope of edits needed.
5. Do you offer packages or custom pricing?
Yes to both. We have pre-built packages for things like music videos, model portfolios, and brand shoots, but everything can be customized. You’ll get clear, upfront pricing—no surprises.
6. Can I be involved in the editing process?
Absolutely. Collaboration is welcome. You'll have the chance to provide feedback during the revision phase. Some clients want to be hands-on, others prefer to trust the vision—we’re good with both.
7. Do you work with businesses or just individuals?
Both. We work with brands, agencies, artists, performers, models, and everyday people with a story to tell. Whether it’s for marketing, personal branding, or pure creative expression—we bring your vision to life.
8. Do you ever do TFP (Trade-for-Print) shoots?
Yes—on a case-by-case basis. If you’ve got a unique look, creative concept, or collaboration pitch that aligns with what we’re building, we’re open to it. Just reach out and let’s talk.
9. What gear do you use?
We shoot with professional-grade gear including Sony mirrorless cameras, multiple lenses, lighting kits, stabilizers, pro audio gear, and more. For post-production, we use Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, and DaVinci Resolve.
10. Do you offer raw files?
Edited content is always included. Raw files can be provided upon request for an additional fee. For most clients, edited content covers everything they need.
